As of September 1st, 2021 Cottonwood Dental in Lumsden will be relocating services to our sister clinic in Regina, Courtside Dental to better serve our patients. Dr. Acia Rizvi, Dr. Ravi Patel and Dr. Shreyas Patel have had the honour of serving the Lumsden community in the past and look forward to seeing you again in our Regina clinic.
We want to assure all our patients that we have your best interest in mind with this transition. By merging services with Courtside Dental in Regina, we will be better able to care for our patient’s dental needs. This move will allow us to offer a wider range of dental services in an up-to-date facility to support the highest quality of dental care and service to you. We will also be able to accommodate more appointment times, longer hours, weekend appointment options and designated emergency appointment time slots.
Rest assured, the transfer of your patient file, treatment plan, previous appointments and x-rays will be seamless as both clinics operate with the same dental software.
This decision has not been easy as we have enjoyed and loved being a part of the community of Lumsden. We thank you for your trust and confidence in us and we look forward to serving the community of Lumsden at Courtside Dental.
